Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Most orders are processed and sent to production within 2–7 business days depending on the product type and supplier.
Express Delivery orders are prioritized and processed faster.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off are processed the next business day.

3. Large Orders
Orders with 12 or more items may require additional production time.

5. Tracking & Updates
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
It may take some time for tracking information to update once the package is picked up by the shipping carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds

Got Kush Clothing, Merch Mallow, and My Goody Shop follow a 14-day return policy.

Retailers must notify us within 14 days of any return intentions.

Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags attached.

For damaged or defective products, claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.
Process:

Customers contact the retailer for return requests.

The retailer then contacts the supplier.

Refunds are issued by the supplier to the retailer (not directly by Syncee).
